Ingredients
1/2c butter (115g)
1c flour (140g)
4c milk (940g)
16oz Velveeta cheese
1c chopped/sliced olives
1c bottled salsa
2 bags tortilla chips
Directions
Melt butter in a pot. Add flour once melted. Then add milk and mix well with whisk.
Add Velveta. Once the Velveta has melted add the salsa and olives.
Serve over chips.
