Thai Style

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients:

3 boneless skinless chicken breast
1/2 Cup(s) ketchup
1/2 Cup(s) soy sauce
1 Tablespoon(s) dried, crushed red bell pepper
6 egg
4 Clove(s) chopped garlic
2 Tablespoon(s) chopped green onion
24 Ounce(s) dry or fresh fettuccine

Directions:

Slice chicken into cubes and place in marinade dish. Add ketchup, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes to the chicken and let marinate while you are cooking the other ingredients.

Start a pot of water to boil so that you can add then pasta when ready.

In a large skillet cook garlic and green onions with a little bit of olive oil. Cook until garlic starts to get soft. Remove garlic and onion mixture and put in a large mixing bowl.

In the same skillet scramble the eggs and add to the large mixing bowl also.

Add the pasta and cook according to the directions on the package.

Using the same skillet cook the chicken. (To get the rest of the marinade add about ½ cup of water and swish it around and dump the water in the skillet.) Cook until the chicken is fully cooked and add chicken to a large mixing bowl.

When pasta is done, be sure to drain and rinse, add to the mixing bowl, and mix. Serve.
