Ingredients
500g White Bread Flour
350g Water (70%)
75g starter (15%)
10g salt (2%)
Directions
Add everything, except salt.
Mix and let sit for one hour.
Add salt and mix.
Bake 475 for 30 min covered, 15 min uncovered.
