220g room temperature unsalted butter (1c)
250g brown sugar
150g granulated sugar
1T vanilla extract
3 large egg
3/8t salt
3/8t baking soda
500g all-purpose flour
280g GHIRARDELLI 60% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate Premium Baking Chips
3/8t coarse sea salt

Add butter, vanilla, sugar, brown sugar, salt, baking soda, and eggs. Mix 1-2min.

Add flour and mix it until no dry parts remain. About 30 seconds.

Add chocolate chips and coarse salt until they are mixed evenly. About 30 seconds.

Makes 8x 90g cookies. 4x per tray. Bake for 15 min for cold pans. 14 min for warm pans.
Makes 12x 60g cookies. 6x per tray. Bake for 12 min.

Bake at 375.
