220g room temperature unsalted butter (1c)
250g brown sugar
150g granulated sugar
1T vanilla extract
3 large egg
3/8t salt
3/8t baking soda
500g all-purpose flour
2890g GHIRARDELLI 60% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate Premium Baking Chips
3/8t coarse sea salt

Add butter to a stand mixer and beat until butter is starting to look white. About 2-3 minutes.

Add sugar and brown sugar. Mix for 1-2 minutes.

Add vanilla, egg, salt, and baking soda. Mix for 1-2 minutes.

Add flour and mix it until no dry parts remain. About 1 minute.

Add chocolate chips and coarse salt until they are mixed evenly. About 1 minute.

Makes 8x 90g cookies. 4x per tray. Bake for 16 min.
Makes 12x 60g cookies. 6x per tray. Bake for 12 min.

Bake at 350.
