8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
8 slices of swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 box chicken stuffing cubes
1/2c water or chicken stock
Add cream of chicken soup and water/chicken stock to bowl and mix.
Add chicken thighs to a casserole dish and cover with swiss cheese slices.
Pour cream of chicken soup mix over chicken. Sprinkle with stuffing cubes.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
