3T butter
3T bread flour
2 1/2c milk
6 hard-boiled egg
8 slices bread
Melt butter in a pan
Add flour with a whisk
Add milk and keep stirring to make a roux (will take 10-20 minutes)
Slice hard-boiled eggs and add for 2 minutes just to get warm
Add salt and pepper to taste
Serve over toast and enjoy
