1/2c butter (115g) \\
1c flour (140g) \\
4c milk (940g) \\
16oz Velveeta cheese \\
1c chopped/sliced olives \\
1c bottled salsa \\
2 bags tortilla chips \\

===== Directions =====

Melt butter in a pot. Add flour once melted. Then add milk and mix well with whisk.

Add Velveta. Once the Velveta has melted add the salsa and olives.

Serve over chips.
